I am a consultant and coach that contracts to child care programs for the purpose of training, observation, and assessing programs for high quality care. As a dedicated Early Childhood Educator for almost 30 yrs, I have many skills to aid in everyday delivery of child care services. I have a true passion for creating and maintaining teams that provide exceptional care for children and their families. My experience also includes opening facilities of up to 250 children and all that entails.

I will travel to anywhere. Travel fees apply for contracts outside of Edmonton and surrounding areas.

I have organized and successfully worked on many different projects, including compliance action plans, brand new facility organization, liaison with Licensing, AHS, and Fire, training and development of teams, creating exceptional learning environments, and leadership training.
